Description

The N-TEX NT-200 / NT-250 High Speed Cheese Winder Machine is designed for winding HDPE/PP raffia tape yarn, monofilament, multifilament, and other compatible thread materials. Its magnetic clutch drive supports smooth spindle operation, while the automatic counterweight tension device helps maintain uniform winding. The machine is suitable for yarn-processing and textile-related manufacturing operations requiring consistent winding onto cheese bobbins. The machine incorporates an enclosed, dust-protected cam box with a self-lubricating cam and a quick-action lever mechanism for bobbin handling. Individual DOL starters provide motor protection, while winding configurations can be selected according to the yarn type and application. Available variants include magnetic tape winders, inverter tape winders, and thread winders with a pineapple-type winding arrangement for monofilament and multifilament yarn.
