Applications of other Flexographic Printing Machine

Prints on various types of Bags. FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), Big Bags & Canvas / Jute Bags. Apart from these, the machine can print on Corrugated / Multiwall Paper Sacks, Craft Paper & Wooden Planks also.

Features

  • Machine is robust design with cast iron machined heavy sidewalls, frames held together by heavy cross supports of pipes.
  • Machine have balanced and leveled with heavy base channel packing.
  • Feeding table topped with wooden and Formica sheet provide with adjustable edge guide for perfect feeding.
  • Draw rollers actuated by adjustable cam for synchronizing with rubber stereo to print mat exact position of bag thereby elimination judgment of operator.
  • All rollers made from heavy walled seamless steel pipes duly machined delivery. End rollers adjustable for tensioning of conveyor belt endless rubberized canvas belt are used with tension arrangement.
  • Approx 1 Meter long
  • 1 to 5 HP†† / AC / 1440 rpm 440 v cycles, Three Phase electric motor respectively with a suitable worm reduction gearbox coupled with variable stepped pulley to obtain speed of approx. 2000 bags per hour. Optimum output of 3500* bags per hour (High Speed Heavy Duty Machine)
  • Machine has duly assembled and spray-paints with Hammertoe Colour
  • Registration between colours to the extent of plus minus of 2mm is possible.
  • We can provide inverter / A.C. ~ D.C. Drive base machine also against costumer's request on chargeable basis.
