Description

The N-TEX HDPE / PP Roll to Cut Flexographic Printing Machine is developed for printing and cutting woven fabric rolls and paper rolls used in packaging and converting applications. It is available in 4-colour and 6-colour configurations, with cutting arrangements for compatible laminated and non-laminated materials. Its integrated process helps streamline production by combining printing and cutting operations in one machine. The four-station configuration supports four-colour printing on one side or two colours on each side, depending on the required setup. The six-station configuration supports six-colour printing on one side or three colours on each side. Each printing station includes an anilox roller, ink rubber roller, stereo drum, impression roller, ink tray, and guide rollers. The machine has a maximum stated printing speed of up to 80 metres per minute with a variable-speed AC drive; actual output depends on the substrate, print design, cutting requirements, and operating conditions.
