Description

The N-TEX HDPE / PP Woven Sacks Automatic Cutting Machine is engineered to cut laminated HDPE and PP woven fabric rolls into required bag lengths. Its fully automatic operation, servo-driven controller, and digital length setting help improve cutting consistency while reducing operator intervention. With a stated maximum speed of 55 metres per minute and a working width of 32 inches, it is suited to woven sack manufacturing operations requiring efficient fabric cutting. The machine uses a scissor-type blade cutting system and includes a photocell for cutting printed fabric at the required position. Additional features include digital bag counting, pneumatic roll lifting, an AC main motor, and a heavy-duty cast body. An air compressor is required for pneumatic operation. The machine is supplied with a control panel and is designed for three-phase, 440 V AC power. Actual output and cutting accuracy depend on fabric characteristics, cut length, print registration, and operating conditions.
