Description

The N-TEX Automatic Pirn Winder Machine is developed for winding synthetic and natural yarns onto pirns used in textile weaving. Its spindle units are driven by individual ½ HP electric motors, with the drive arrangement designed to support configurations of up to eight spindles. An oil-circulation system helps lubricate the gears, while adjustable magazines, carriers, and winding controls support different pirn sizes and winding requirements. The machine automates pirn replacement when the required yarn length has been wound, catches and cuts the weft yarn during the changeover, and stops automatically in the event of yarn breakage. These functions help reduce manual intervention and support consistent winding operations. Final performance and yarn compatibility depend on the machine configuration and operating settings.
